OPEN LETTER TO POPE FRANCIS

WFRtDS publishes an open letter to Pope Francis, as a statement against the brief of the Sacred  Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith called  DECLARATION ON EUTHANASIA, in which the Vatican makes clear why it opposes euthanasia. This Letter may be used by whoever and whenever religious arguments are brought into discussions on end of life situations in general and (medical) aid in dying in particular. Further steps in charges against Sean Davison

As was expected - the next court session was planned for today, 16 November - the prosecutor added another charge of "premeditated murder" in connection with the death of Justin Varian - who had motor neuron disease - using helium gas, on July 25, 2015. Sean next appears on the 29th of January 2019 where an additional charge will be added.
