VE Campaigner Sir Ludovic Kennedy (UK) died

Ludovic Kennedy, writer, broadcaster and campaigner, died at the age of 89 years on October 18, 2009. He was a co-founder and later  Chairman of the Voluntary Euthanasia Society (currently Diginity in Dying).
