Terry Schiavo's parents continue legal battle

On the 13th day of going without food and hydration Terry Schiavo's parents were successful in getting the 11th Circuit Court of Appeal in Atlanta to consider a request for a new hearing on whether to reconnect her feeding tube.

Federal courts were given jurisdiction to review the case after Republicans in Congress pushed through unprecedented emergency legislation aimed at prolonging Schiavo's life.
