World Congress 2012

EXIT Deutsche Schweiz - on behalf of their sister society ADMD Suisse Romande - announced publication of the official WFRtDS Congress Website. Information about the program and other information will be constantly updated - so visit regularly.
The congress will be held in Zürich, Switzerland from June 13 to June 18, 2012.
For Registration use the form provided on the special site. The organisers report registrations are still possible till the extended deadline by the end of January. The price of the registration will stay the same but they cannot guarantee the price of the hotels after the end of this year.

Film Festival THE END in Amsterdam 7-12 February, 2012

From 7 to 12 February 2012, NVVE Dutch RtD Society organises the first ever Film & Documentary Festival "THE END", aimed at Euthanasia and other end-of-life choices. This Festival forms part of the "Week of Euthanasia" (6-12 February, 2012), a celebration of 10 years legal Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide in the Netherlands, since on 1rst April 2002 the Euthanasia Law came into effect.

The World Federation

The World Federation, founded in 1980, consists of 44 right to die organizations from 25 countries. The Federation provides an international link for organizations working to secure or protect the rights of individuals to self-determination at the end of their lives.

Official languages

The official language of the WFRtDS is English, reason why information on this site is mainly published in that language. Where available or applicable, some information is also published in other languages (French, German or Spanish).
