Recently ERGO published a list of jurisdictions where - in one way or the other - aid in dying is legalised. It appears that in 7 countries and 5 (USA) States this is the case.

There is a dispute over whether it is correct that HAWAII has laws which permit physician-assisted suicide. Right-to-die lawyers say it does, but the state's Attorney General says not.
Will issue clarification when we get it.
